That is the paper that came with them. It is the guarantee. My mother bought them for me.

I never wore them at all. They were still in the package they came in. The guarantee paper that came with them reads lifetime guarantee if item becomes damaged or tarnished, you may return it to the factory and it will be replaced without charge even if damage is your fault.
