so where exactly do theese lights go???? are they for behind the dash? like the gages or what???

These are labeled as mood lights. In these situations, they are plugged in or wired in and placed where you would like them. On the package, they are shown as dash lights and foot lights. I hope that helps!

These are blue LED lights. I have also two single white lights. As well as one more of the blue dual light package, to be on listia later.

Package does not say so. So I think not. Unit also has dimmer switch. You may be able to rewire? But it looks useful or enjoyable as is.

Let me think about it... It's in a computer I built for dad. Internal, powered by the cables that power the disk drives. Takes up the space of two slots on the back. But does not need any slots to work!
