Could I get some measurements so maybe I can bid :) How wide will waist stretch, how long, and what do the hips measure?

I think that this is a good skirt if you have wide hips. So the waist starts at 20 inches. I can stretch it to 56 inches but it would probably hurt you to wear it at that stretch all the time. I am not a seamstress so I am not sure exactly where to measure for the hip but about where my hip starts I can stretch to 56 inches because the skirt goes out in a triangle. From the bottom of the waistband to the hem of the skirt is about 22 inches so for me this was above the knee because I am tall.
