dell laptop lattitude E5400
intel celeron battery type KM742
missing 3 keys
side is busted open but can be taped shut
from the left side it makes an annoying noise
disc drive opens
no charger
was completely DEAD I charged for aprox 2 min with an usb cable running to my computer and this sucker is up and running
maybe use for battery or parts

Its really hard to have every auction free, i do my smaller ones that are flat earrings free- they cost 1 postage stamp. i do not live off of much do not have a car, and already took the time to walk to the post office and find cheapest possible s&h and brought the box home. sorry :(

Hi You say it is up and running so it go online like it is? You can go into the System info and find more info.Start,all programs,.accessories,then system tools you should see system info click and you have a lot of info there like processor speed etc....you can get up to the desk top right? Windows xp home or professional....? When it boots does it show windows xp loading?Does this have a good hard drive? Wanting to know for use of the parts if it cant go online like it is. Is USB still usuable for adapters it is broken so wondered if this part was broken.tHANK YOU SO MUCH.sORRY FOR THE QUESTIONS JUST WANT TO GET A CLEARER IDEA OF WHAT i WOULD HAVE TO DEAL WITH.THANKS.

Its actually a very good computer and now that ive restarted it to get more info for you the "annoying noise" lol went away
your just going to have to reformat it because I cannot remember my pw, which i beileve if you restart and keep pressing f12 over and over it will bring you a list of options to bring it back to factory
xp home premium (ill post more pice of it loading)
i used the usb adapters to charge it to my computer
im sorry this is all the info i can answer at this time!

I was going to add some more pictures it wont allow me too. the comp talks to you, shows starting windows screen, and goes to the main screen with windows home premium & the shut off button& user
