This is for an opened package of No-Sew Fabric Applique by Daisy Kingdom. #6908 BUtterfly collection. 2 butterflies out of the 10 have been cut out...but they are still there and not used.
All you need is fusible Webbing (and slick paint if wanted). Instructions are on the cardboard pkg.
