These cute as can be flip flop style shoes have elastic heel bands so they stay on the little feet.

I purchased these online for my granddaughter not realizing they were toddler size instead of child size.

These will most likely be too large for your one yr old. These are toddler size 5-6 will most likely fit a 5 yr old toddler, maybe 4 yr old.

I'd guess about a size 2. What I'd do is take her to Walmart and try shoes on her little feet and then you'll know what size when you want to order or bid on some online. You can bid on these still if you'd like, she'll eventually grow into them.
