THEY ARE NOT DIAMONDS IN THE TRADITIONAL SENSE!
These are the hardest form of quartz and just under a diamond in hardness. There is some clarity but nothing close to an actual diamond.
These rough crystals hold a very high energy and are very sought after.
1 cm (about 1/2") in size.

Gauges are very large holes in my ears! I’m almost at a 1/2 inch.
Some Indians do it to their ears and a lot-of tribes do it also!
