I know right and I'm sorry that happened to you. the main reason I didn't use the get it now because I thought this item was broken. I tried charging it and it took me seven days to finally get a charge. anyway good luck

Thank you, does it charge with ease now, or is it still a little funny? usely the charger cord itself goes bad, cause they just don't make them like they used too, or the plug itself in the tab might have a slightly loose solider joint?
