No, Stamps are still 45 cents. But if they are marked 45 cents and the postage goes up they are still only worth 45 cents not like the forever stamps.

Actually these are not like Forever Stamps... when the postage increases again the Forever stamp will still be sufficient for a one once letter. This one will not.
