Yes it will. GIN means "Get It Now", and if its used the auction ends immediatly.
Are you interested in a particular book in the auction, or all of them?
The "i,Joker" book i can maybe still get another copy of, my local shop had 3 copies at my last visit.

BTW, the "i,Joker" book is written and pencilled by Bob Hall, a legend in his own right. Its actually my favorite of the three in this auction.
In this story, Bruce Wayne is long dead, and a new Batman has arisen to take his place. Unfortunatly, he is a psychopath,sociopath, every nut you can think of. He surgically reforms the faces of his enemies, or victims, to mimic those of Bruce's foes, and brainwashes their memories of their lives away, replacing them with histories of the villian they are to mimic. such as two-face,penguin,Ra's Al ghul, Riddler, etc.
Then he has a big festival where he hunts them down and kills them one by one. Only this time, the Joker's replacement remembers his past life, and decides to overthrow the batman. The ending is spectacular!
The public worships this batman, its a giant cult in Gotham City. A very violent and sick story!!
