Do you mean that if it isnt verified that you'd relist it? Or that you simply take a persons credits and relist the item for more? Sorry just curious since the descriptions pretty confusing. :-/

It means that if your address is not listia verified and you bid and win the auction that the item will be relisted and your credits will not be refunded.
