I CHARGE SHIPPING. This hat is almost the size for a Ken doll, but he wouldn't wear it anyway.l You can put it on a shelf in your dollhouse in case any doll man would actually be caught dead dressed up like that. It is and inch plus in each direction. It is NEW in the original plastic bag wrapper. I will have to pack this carefully so it doesn't break in shipping, but they are quite strong. These are also suggested for nut cups or candy and as party favors. Ask me about them.
