This is a new pair of XOXO bright orange spandex shorts with tags still attached, never worn or tried on. It came as a two-pack but this is only for one pair. Size 3X. I tried to include several pictures to show details, but they are so bright it was difficult!

i get that they r a 3x...but i wear about a 13...i think they might fit me what do u think?

The bottom band measures right at 13 inches laying flat and un-stretched and 14.5 inches armpit to armpit, also laying flat (double for true bust measurement before stretch factor). Maybe you could check your measurements and see if this would work for you. Hope that helps. :)

if i counted out the stretch factor would they be to big for say a xl or 2x woman?

Un-stretched and laying flat the waist measures 14 inches, so when you double that you get 28 inches for the waist before stretching. If you are smaller than 28 inches in the waist I am sure they would fall off but any waist size larger than that should work. I hope that helps!
