Very nice ENV 2 cell phone for Verizon. Works perfectly. I'm getting rid of it because my hubby bought me a new phone as a gift. This takes great pics has a 2 mega pixel camera. You can insert a micro SD card if you want. You can access Internet and email if you have that on your plan. All the buttons work and it's a qwerty keyboard. Great phone. It's older so it has a few scratches on the metal but not on the screen and there no cracks either. It comes with the OEM car charger and wall charger.

yes, I can only send to verified Listia address. Go to your main page on Listia and down at the bottom theres a link for support. You have to open a ticket so they can find out why and correct it
