what size would you say this fits well? Im a L to XL but the bust would fit me.

38-40 maybe even 42 around bra size. You would see more of the string crossed in the back the larger you are, I think that looks pretty.

I measured it around the small of the waist and you would at least need a 30 inch waist or more. The hip was hard to measure guessing 38ish.
