A nice sturdy handbag! Great handbag for the on to go lady!

Finished size is approximately 10 1/2" wide and 11" tall.

Materials needed: 2 (7 oz) skeins of any 4 ply worsted weight yarn color of choice for bag, small amount of color for flower, {I use Red Heart Super Saver} - K and J crochet hooks for the bag, I and G crochet hooks for the flowers, yarn needle

Skill level - beginner advanced (American English terminology)

Stitches used - ch, dc, dc cross stitch, sc, sl st

Other requirements...crocheting with two strands of yarn held together.

NOTE: I've made this bag with Lion Brand yarn, Chunky USA; no changes needed with the pattern or hook size.
If you rather crochet with one strand of yarn you can use a chunky yarn and the bag turns out just as nice.
