They are used to clean the stone wear but I am sure u could use them for other dishes and for counter tops and auch

Fanned and just wanted to add a tip. These are GREAT FOR CLEANING SKILLETS AND CASSEROLE DISHES. (Just let your skillet cool and use the Pampered Chef scraper to scrape that stuff that is left into a grocery bag, knot it and throw it in the trash. I love mine even more than the pampered chef items they are for!
