I found this nickel in the Arizona desert at a place called Oatman. This was a small mining town back in the goldrush days through the early 1900s. It was 1977 when I came across this coin inside an old two cell jail that may or may not still be there. The coin is chocolate brown with a shiny patina. It has never been cleaned and has good detail and a very clean date. They also have wild burros roaming around. Thanks for reading my story. Jim
