This auction is for one Amalgam Comics Trading Card. Limited Edition: 6 of 9, of the Power Blast chase cards, titled "Amazons: The Contest #1", art by Steven Butler/Randy Emberlin.

Amalgam Comics was a publishing imprint shared by DC Comics and Marvel Comics, in which the two comic book publishers merged their characters into new ones (e.g., DC Comics' Batman and Marvel's Wolverine became the Amalgam character Dark Claw ). These characters first appeared in a series of twelve comic books which were published in 1996, between issues 3 and 4 of the Marvel vs. DC miniseries .

This is one of the foil-stamped "Limited Edition" Power Blast chase cards. I think they're the best looking of all the Amalgam cards. I bought these cards new in 1996, put them in a binder and thats where they stayed until now. What you see is what you get. Pictures are of the actual card you will recieve(but do not do it justice).
