After Batman saves jazz musician Willie Little from some gangsters in the park, Batman finds himself attending a jazz club fully costumed, naturally to the surprise and utter shock of the club's regulars.

Confronted by the countess, Batman learns about Blue Byrd, a saxophonist who played the Truth through his jazz. Byrd was believed to be dead for years, until tonight.

The Be-Bop Clan come crashing in Warrior's style and ruin Batman's fun.The Dark Knight bops these jive-talking gangsters back into the park.
But when one of the gang starts playing a sax solo so sharp it can cut like glass, Batman must improvise his fighting methods fast enough to keep from getting slashed to ribbons!
