When it's released later this year, LittleBigPlanet Karting will see Sackboy following in the footsteps of other gaming icons who, after years of adventuring on foot, have pursued careers in karts. Mario, Sonic, Crash Bandicoot, Bomberman, Diddy Kong; they've all raced competitively at some point. One of the features that promises to set LittleBigPlanet Karting apart from the crowd, of course, is its suite of editing tools.

The beta doesn't feature the complete Story mode or split-screen play, but it includes a number of sample races, battles, and minigames, and yes, it supports custom level creation and sharing

How to redeem your activation key on your PS3:

Step 1: Sign in to your PSN account and visit the
PlayStation store.
Step 2: Click on the “Redeem Codes” button found in the
top-right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Enter your 12-digit code in the boxes provided.
Step 4: Hit continue, wait for the LBP karting beta to download.
Step 5: Enjoy!
