What? no you can use this phone you just have to get your own service and it is locked to verizon svc not locked from use

If its locked then the winner would have to do an alternative reset to unlock it trust me, I know bc my brother gave me his old Vzw phone!! And it was locked!! And he could NOT get in so I was on my iPod touch which I'm on it as we speak, but anyways I was talking to Vzw via twitter on my iPod touch and I said how can I unlock this phone if I can't get in so they sent me a link to do an alternative reset so then I was able to get in just saying and I love this phone, but mine is giving me trouble sometimes and some other times it's doing Wht it's NOT supposed to be doing anyways!!! Great phone!!! And great auction and good luck even though it's NOT my auction
