Yes it does. Like I said it's brand new, but I don't like the fact that in order to see the pictures you have to hook it up to the computer.

Like I've already stated you have to connect to a computer to see the pictures. However it has video, camera, and other things like that .

It isn't the best but it is kind of like a cell phone camera. A modern cell phone .

I'm trying to post this in a nice way, sorry if it comes out wrong. I don't think this camera would benefit you. The lense of the camera is 1 cm and I believe the box said one hour camera life. So then you would need to check the video on your computer and if it didn't come out recharge and redo. I believe this is meant for younger kids and for fast pics.
