I have another one that i use while working and it does help posture to a point but it is more just for back support while bending and lifting.

Great to have when working in the yard or at your job that includes lifting things. i love mine but getting worn out. lol time for a new one.

hi i have a big bump on my back and i have trouble bending and even walking sometimes do you think this will help just wondering...

It helps to keep you from bending with your back and hips so it may help. I have a curved spine and when i lift clients it helps me to focus on bending with my knees and it also relieves some of the pressure on my back! I hope that helps to answer your Q!

Fanned, watching and bidding. i have a back injury and i have to wear one when doing every day house cleaning and these are great. mine is getting old and need a new one. thanks for listing this snowtigger!
