Brand new, never been used, 2gb mp3 player. There are no songs on it...i have not messed with it, uploaded anything. It us just like the ipod shuffle that is 50 bux. Looks and gb and all. Can't tell the difference. Has a clip on the back of it also to hook to ur pants. Also comes with brand new earbuds still in the plastic....and comes with the usb cord brand new in plastic also to charge the player up abs load the songs on. Any questions...just ask. No, I don't think there is any samples on it, not sure, but I have not messed with it. Its still brand new, and never even been opened

Not sure what u mean by that, but this is a REAL MP3 PLAYER, that has the look of a shuffle. Shuffle is a little bigger I believe. Papers on it say nothing about an ipod, just that it is a 2gb mp3 player. And it is REAL, bc I have one myself, and I use it. Seems to b real! Plays music just like an MP3 PLAYER should....IM JUST SAYIN
