The listing, Bond Coupon - Choctaw, Oklahoma & Gulf Railroad - 1910! has ended.
This is a coupon from a bond issued by the Choctaw, Oklahoma and Gulf Railroad Company. You would redeem each coupon for $25 every 6 months (May 1st or Nov. 1st of each year), until all the coupons had been redeemed and you were paid in full, plus the interest on the bond. This is coupon #17, so I believe the bond was issued in May, 1904.
It's in fantastic condition! Crisp, clean paper, sharp text. The bond and coupons were printed by the "American Bank Note Co.", which printed many of the bonds of the day, as well as state or local currencies prior to the establishment of the Bureau of Engraving & Printing. They STILL make banknotes to this day!
It measures 3-1/4" x 1-1/4".
There's a great deal of info about the railroad on Wikipedia, so I urge you to read it prior to bidding. There's also a good entry about the Amer. Bank Note Co. on Wikipedia as well, so both entries should answer most of your questions!
