When you list an auction, where you select the starting bid, there is a box that says "Allow users to instantly win my auction for a set credit amount" and if that's there, that is where you set a GIN.

You didn't see the gin option, because you have to complete so many listings & get certain badges before you can offer gin. Hope that helps a little. Still watching! :)
