Since there are bids I think you are going to have to contact listia(Contact Us should be at bottom of the page) and tell them the problem. not sure what will happen after that,but stuff happens. i've had to hide anything I list on here or think about listing on here so my girls don't destroy it beforehand lol. Its like they have a beacon saying "Hey mom needs this so lets get it" =). I have 4 daughters so I understand tings happen.Good luck

since if they do not received their item they will still get their money back so they will bid, mention if the bidding goes avove suther points like 50,000 or up you will do the free shipping and only if it gets to that amount then you have to do as promiss, if you can not aford free shipping even to suther point just let your buyers know. if you need any information as for how we work things oput in listia let me kow i will help you with what i know, remember there is bad people everywhere and dont belive everything people tells you you dont know them so cover yourself and thanks so much for letting us know it got broken and you will no longer be selling this even if is an excuss people.. remember and we all have to aplaud this woman for at least comming out to say she will no longer sell it even if she is afreid this will not sell for enoph points, i would be sacre myself and we are all intitle to change our minds, while she said something and did not do what many does of not saying is a fake listing, or will not mail for what ever the reason is and let the action go up in points till it finish and never send item at all just stay with point so i admire you for that and thanks so much for your honesty.

next time you list somethin gyou really need to google the weight of the item then go to usps and check for price in shipping as for this you can add everything up as how much you would like to sell the item then add shipping cost and change it and transferm it into points, you have to have in mind the points here are not the amount that listia sells them for, example if you ask for 100 point you will be getting suppostly $1 right well it is not like that evey 1000 points is like a $1, no matter what some people tells you to try to give you less, remember that here just like any other sites there is tons of scamers and even that i love to get free stuff and even pay the less amount of points possible i think there is no reason why to be greaty , i think we sould give the amount of points people deserve for what they list, if you check in the gift card, " do some research before you list" the amount of the cards if is a $10 card will always sell for 10000 or even more so check the amount of what you will like to get for your item and add the points and start your bidding like this if your shipping is $20 plus you will like at least $20 for them then started at 40,000 points, since you are new and you may not have the option to start it at any points you want but only 100 then startted to that but add the shipping cost, people will keep begging you to make it free shipping, if yyou do add it as free shipping you may end up getting way more than 40,000 points but you may not and you need to cover your end, always acept paypal specially if you are new, this will give your buyers more trust in you

you need to wait for the listing to be over. Then the winner needs to request a refund in 2 days after winning. As long as the seller refunds the credits. There shouldnt be a problem and you can still leave positive credits.
