No, these are brand new contacts!!! They are Secret of Beauty (name brand) they dont harm your eyes as long as you use them properly.... you need to always keep them sanitized if there not clean they can irritate your eyes so you need to make sure you always sanitize them before putting them on and after taking them off!! Hope this helps!!!

I will tell everybody at the risk of losing this auction, I won her last pair, and they are outstanding, the color is great, and they are really nice on the eyes, my daughter don't wanna take them out! lol So bid with confidence these are really nice, but bid high, cause I won her Jade pair, now I need these for my other daughter.
