This is painted in blue they have each 2 buckets that need to b re strong so u can hang them.They have no cracks or chips .They are mint.The markings are in picture 3 .On bottom in back it says made in japan and each bucket has japan on them.About all i know about these.Hope u like them.oh, they are about 4 inchs tall. I have a set of these that my grandmother gave me when I was a kid. I knocked them off a shelf and broke the little one's head off. It's glued back on and "looks" ok but darn it. I think these would be a great addition to my old ones.
