This is cute, fully functional laptop. It has no issues. The battery hold charge, & all accessories included when I purchased unit will be included (mouse, number pad, some usb cables). It has been collecting dust here. I use my Touchsmart 99% of the time. Will be happy to see it get some use.

Is this a netbook or a laptop? Because your auction title says "netbook" and in the description you said that is a "fully functional laptop".

It is a netbook. Technically netbooks and laptops only differ in size and the lack of a cd drive. The scandisk replaces a cdrom drive. It's like a laptop had a baby lol! By fully functioning I mean no problems. It runs programs the same way any pc would. We use photoshop, and some monster games on it.

ok people let me throw in my 2 cents any big item with largerthen lets say 900 credit are held for 9 days any way just in case of problems ive had my share of problems and have been a ittle late in shippin items because of personal dificul. so if you want to bid n her item then bid if not lay off

Well they didn't close on our home because of some lien from the 70's that popped up. I couldnt believe it was falling on me to fix. The lawyer figured that out which took 52 days! We were in a hotel then went to family after a week of the run around with the attorney for the lienholder. It was a total nightmare. Thanks for looking btw!

I haven't been a member for too long myself, but it seems to me that when someone does their best to list quality items (FREEEEEE!!!!) we should all understand if something in their real life happens. I run auctions and I ship items. If things happen between my desk and the mailbox of a particular winner I hate it. If I am slow to ship due to a unscheduled real life insident I am sorry. I enjoy listing and bidding and I do love it when I get an item I wanted in the mail. I have been disapointed and not recieved a item before also---Soooo I got over it. It's not like I spent a outrageous amount of money and didn't get my cash back. If credits are returned and all is ok with the world we should just move on. Sorry if this seems long but I think everyone does desirve a second chance. If you are scared you won't get the item then just don't bid however I think that there are more people out here willing to take a chance and hope for the best.
