This is an iPod Touch 2nd Generation. The iPod is in amazing shape! The screen is 100% perfect.
**READ** -The screen is stuck- (won't slide) it may be very easy to fix but I don't know how.

I did know that you didnt need it for music but like for internet uses. Like fb and stuff like that. Can you still do that if you cant "unlock " ? Sorry about all the qustions just trying to figure it out

Haha don't be sorry! The more questions the better! And no, since the screen is "stuck" you cant access anything but the music, time, date, battery life. But I do think you can get a new screen for a fairly cheap price, probably 10-20 bucks. It really is a nice iPod, if you do decide to bid good luck! I'll fan you to for asking a great question!

To be able to reset the device you have to slide the arrow across the screen haha. But you can still turn it off and on, so the insides of the iPod are 100%!

Hey! And thats exactly what it means. I feel like if you take it to the Apple store they will fix it for free. But if not you can get a new screen for about $10.00 dollars. The screen is almost perfect. The only problem is that the "touch" has stopped working. It will still charge and turn on but you just can't slide it open. Hope I helped!

You can get it repaired. The iPod probably wouldn't have to get the screen replaced.

Very Cool auction!

Unfortunately, it appears to be a dead Digitizer - which will require the entire top assembly (which IS the Digitizer!) to be replaced for it to work again. Basically the top screen assembly, or 'Digitizer', is a sheet of 'magic glass' with electronics attached underneath at both ends. When the electronics go out, the whole screen assembly has to be replaced.

you don't need wifi to access music, and it still gets wifi even if you cant slide the device open.
