3 headphone shaped fashion rings. They are rings, NOT headphones >.< The rings do not have closed ring band, so they can be slightly adjusted to fit your finger more comfortably. The default size is about size 6-6.5. I wouldn't stretch it too far since you might be risking breaking it if you do.
