The listing, Long, Blue, Flowy Skirt has ended.

Brand new without tags, never been worn. Color is like a denim bluish purple, fabric is like rayon. Skirt is very wrinkled, but can be easily ironed out. Fabric is washable (I have one and have washed it many times with no problem). One size fits most. Waist band is elastic also with a drawstring. Length is roughly 36". Bottom of the skirt is a pretty "petal" shape (shown in pic). Fine embroidery designs all throughout the skirt. This skirt is not see-through. It is very light and flowy and perfect for the summer!
