It would cost for shipping. If you don't like the terms of the auction then don't bid. These have to be sent first class. A regular envelope has to be able to bend to fit through the automatic sorters or it can get shredded up or torn, I know from experience so it won't work. To send in a regular envelope without this happening you have to pay an extra 20 cents but that won't work because this comes on a card with a bubble around the item to protect it. I send them the way they are sold in the store so that you know it has not been tampered with or used. This is what I choose to do so like it or leave it.
