yes, and the sticks are like a tube shape. 6" or 12" that you can cut in half.

I don't remember where I got it. Could be Walmart. I do most of my shopping there, but have had this packed away for a long time. In great condition.

Yes, you can get the sticks at walmart. they are about 6". or the longer ones and cut them down. they are about 12"
