The listing, Forever 21 High-Waisted Stretch Denim Shorts Size 28 Junior has ended.

This is a pair of Forever 21 High-Waisted Retro style shorts. I purchase them last year and they were too big around my actual waist (where they fit). They have been washed but not worn.

Here's the deal, they measure a 28" waist and that is where they fit. Not at the hips. The zipper is approx 5", the rise is approx 11", and the inseam is almost 2".
