Sorry for just getting back to you.. i am not sure.. i have not used it personally. i was selling it to my customers and was going to try it but decided to put it on here. my customers seem to really like it for working ect.. it helps them and they state that they feel like there skin has been smoother and says her cellulite has decreased but she doesnt know if it is to that or drinking lots of water and other supplements. ect.. so i guess it varies per individual.
