This is a pre-owned but in wonderful condition, ONLY a Few MINOR scratches that's all. My husband found this jewel. I cleaned the outside but the inside still has a few little leaves in it,lol. Will take top shield and chin guard off to ship, but they will include it WITH the screws in the box. it just makes it a little cheaper if the box is smaller. With them attached the box will be bigger.Great for 13.45. You Wont find another one in this condition for that price.

GREAT helmet for Dime Store price.

Youth sizes are small 6 1/4"-6 1/2" so I'm told. The inside says... MOTO EC HELMET Number 285143700 Pure Polaris Dot GR1150t50 xxs youth Mar 2006.

that's for the winner to do, I meanit's a practically NEW helmet for 13 bucks, I can't do everything,lol. that's the way I got it. I DID however clean the outsides and took the guards off and cleaned it really good. I really didnt want to WET it with anything and possibll damage it. soory and thanks for asking
