works. in great condition. does not have charger to it. its been lost.

And if the phone is unlocked u would be able to put a tmobile AT&T any sims like that except Verizon and it would be prepaid.

AT&T does not lock the esn on phones that the bill has not been paid. So that would not matter. Would bid if there were free shipping though.

U can also use a AT&T prepaid sim and make it prepaid all at&t phones are able to be prepaid or monthly.

if you have a straight talk sim card you can put it and and make it a prepaid. but thats the only way. and yes ts unlocked.
