I used to LOVE LOVE LOOOVE this belt! Sadly (well not really sad) it is too big on me now. It is a corset style high waisted belt with straps. Its Velcro’s in the front to close and has lots of stretch in the back. The straps are also adjustable. The way you wear this is directly under the bust, over a tank top style shirt, or even a bandeau style shirt. I guess it could be compared to a vest too.

As far as fitting goes, It is a size XL (tag has been cut out)I would say this could accommodate any size range from Large To XXL. Or bra size 36-40. There is lots of stretch.
