It is a size 2X. Here is the measurements. Short sleeve button front top measures 26 inches from armpit to armpit and 18 inches from armpit to bottom hem along side seam. Elastic waist capris measure 40 inches unstretched (52 stretched) around waist with a rise of 13 inches and an inseam of 25 inches.
