yes a dremmal but called rotary tool and it has 3 speed low,medium and high its a great tool i used it about 9 times for only cuting threw locks it work in seconds

I'm interested,, my daughter needs a drummel ,, she's training to be a groomer with a major pet store (don't know if I can mention name) anyway she needs one for the pets nails... lol I guess if it'll cut thru a lock it'll file dogs nails huh,.

well yes there is alot of different pieces that you can buy for it to do something like that but couldnt really say if it will work this tool does everything so give it a try

no parts to it but no wrench on the front it has a release lack really small but yet easy to change from drilling to sanding or just about everything depends on what kind of bit you have on there

That is not a dremel. It is a black and decker. It can use the dremel or any other 1/8" bits though.
I use these daily. I have a box full of broken dremels but I haven't broken a black and decker yet.
