Questions & Comments
Hello,
In order to have better results with your auction, please add more details regarding your item. Information such as make, model number, condition, any known issues and any other specific details particular to your item will go a long way in instilling confidence in potential bidders. This will also reduce the number of questions that your bidders will have to ask. For an even more productive auction experience (more bids, possibly higher credits received), we also recommend that you post a clear, close-up picture of your item with it powered on (showing current date clearly if it has that capability), as well as with it powered off. A picture of the back side too will help you, all with the same background. Also, it’s HIGHLY recommended that you write your Listia username on a piece of paper and have it next to your item when you take a picture of it. It adds bidder confidence that you in fact have this item in your possession.
While this isn't a requirement, this is requested so that sellers get higher bids from more bidders, and for the protection of our users who might be interested in bidding on your item. It'll also prevent your auction from getting flagged by users. We don't want your auction to get deleted for seeming like it's not real. Thanks for your cooperation and good luck with your auction!

Welcome to Listia! I see that you are new & have made a very common mistake: Posting an item w/o a complete description and/or picture(s) showing the item with your username in the frame.
Tips For New Listian's:
When a listing shows up from a new seller who has Zero/Low feedback, it is important that YOU establish yourself as reputable & honest.
Tips For A Successful Auction:
1. Posting real pictures w/your username in the frame. Avoid stock photos from the internet. 2. Answering questions on a timely basis 3. Providing as much detail about your item as possible: model #, specs, condition, what's included, etc 4. Getting PHONE & PAYPAL verified 5. Offering free US Shipping
Do These: You will get more bids & the final selling price will be higher. Doing more of them is better. Even if you don't do them all, doing some is better than doing none.
Don't Do These: Folks will FLAG your listing & it may be deleted by a moderator. You'll get less bids & the final selling price will be lower.
Things to AVOID:
1. Hiding Comments: hidden comments are a red flag. If you feel a comment is 'out of line' reply & let us decide if the comment is 'out of line'. 2. Becoming Confrontational: even if you disagree with a comment or question, there is no need to be hostile or mean. Reply & let us see that you are reasonable & intelligent & that the commenter is the one who is unreasonable. 3. Ignoring Questions/Not Providing Clear Answers: If you aren't a native english speaker, ask someone who is to help you. 4. Asking For Shipping: This is a red-flag as many scammers do this as a way to defraud buyers. 5. Promising To Provide Info/Pictures & Not Following Through
Best of luck! Doug
NOTE: If you want to have this auction removed for any reason, here's how: Scroll down, select "Support" > "Submit a Support Ticket" > "Request Type" > "I am a Seller" > "I need to delete my auction"
You should have offered the option to pay shipping using your own accounts. I could have used UPS, USPS, OR FedEx in this case and had the item picked up worry free.
With 3 days left to your auction, wouldn't it be good for the bidders to know what to expect? $30 to $50 is a lot, I think, to ship from Milford CT? and it's a big gap of an estimate. Maybe you could contact your shipper giving them the item weight etc for a more exact estimate?
