Description

The listing, Wedgewood cup and saucer 1878-1891 has ended.

Wedgewood cup and saucer stamped with the jug which was used 1878-1891. This little cup and saucer are at least 121 years old and possibly as old as 134 years old.
The cup stands about 2 1/4 inches tall. The cup has no cracks or chips. The plate has no cracks or chips and is approx 4 1/4 inches across. This is a rare item. I haven't been able to find this exact pattern on the internet to know what it is called or the exact year it was made. If anyone knows I would love to be informed. This is the second set of 3 that I found at a yard sale of an old lady whose mother used to own an antique shop. Her mother died in 1962 so this little cup and saucer were sitting in an antique shop in the 60's.

I would really have no idea what to insure it for but I do my shipping labels at stamps.com so if I can add insurance I would be glad to.
