The listing, Limoges saucer Hutschenreuther Gelb cup has ended.
This little cup and saucer I found with several others in a little antique shop here in Waverly. I thought they were all a set but they are not. This plate is marked Limoges France on the bottom. The cup is marked Hutschenreuther Gelb LHS Bavaria. But the pattern is so similar that they could be a set. I don't know much about old china. I know Bavaria is not Limoges France. They are the same exact color. A cream color...yellowish buttercream. Some of the pictures look more white but they are not white. No chips or cracks. There is a name on both written in gold. The name is Laird. I would assume that it is a family name who owned the china. One plate that I bought with this group is marked xmas 1918. Don't know if that helps date them. Would love to know more if anyone has any knowledge of these items. If these do well I may list some others from the group.
