*UPDATED* this is a hot wheels collectible . comes in a case on a display stand. has never been played with. i don't even know if it can come off the display, didn't want to break it taking if off for fear that it didn't. bought it for my son but he does not collect these any longer. sorry about the pic its the best i could do this close up so you could see the name on the display. the case that covers it has a small crack on the side, but the car is in mint condition.

I don't know how old this is it was my son's and he doesn't want it anymore. If I was guessing I would think it would be around 5 yrs old. The car measures almost 2 inches, and the base that it sits on is almost 3 inches give or take because I don't know how to use a ruler. As far as the other question it means just like it says if no response from winner then you don't get your credits back, forfeit.
