Colors may vary, as I have 3 sets available. There are 9 long hair curlers, and 9 short hair ones, as well as the tool to get your hair pulled through them. Put in your hair damp, and when they dry, nice springy curls! Used once, and worked great, I just have really long hair, and thought I could put two curlers per section to get the length, but the curls didn't come out as nice then.
