i tried to find it in the FAQ, but didn't but, when your listing your item and set up the GIN, it tells you that if the bidding hits or exceeds 1/2 of the GIN, the GIN will be no longer available.
did you ever call the post office? according to the usps, Puerto Rico is domestic, NOT international. therefore, USPS postage rates apply and a flat rate box, for instance, will cost the same. the only thing that may cost more is ups or fedex. you might want to offer the bidder to pay the difference in shipping. just a suggestion. i'm not trying to tell you what to do and i don't even live in puerto rico! lol but i've been selling on ebay and amazon for years and sent things there with no additional fees...

hi! great auction! it seems like there may be some confusion on shipping to puerto rico LOL, i just shipped 23 pounds of books there using media mail for $13.00 and some change. :) you can also send dvd's and video games using media mail too, so it shouldn't cost too much. :) maybe that'll help with the shipping charges for ya. :)
