The listing, iPhone iPod iPad Car Charger With Additional USB Port has ended.

I used this charger for my iPhone and iPad until recently, my new car has a built in port. This works fine and also has a hidden USB port inside in case you need to charge something other that doesn't use the Apple 30pin connector. I used to use the extra port to charge my USB to miniUSB Bluetooth headphones as well.

Can you do free shipping? And is this for 3GS

This will work with any Apple product with the 30pin connector, including the iPhone 3GS. Sorry, I can't do free shipping at this time.

Thanks for you interest. Sorry that I can't offer free shipping, I just don't think this will go for very many credits. I don't mind covering shipping costs when there is a potential for a lot of credits, but I just can't afford to pay for the shipping of the low credit items I have listed now. If it doesn't sell on here with a shipping charge, I will just freecycle it out to someone locally. It is a nice charger and I definitely want to pass it on to someone who can use it.
